well we should since we can get more physical harm sitting infronta a computer compared to playing a game for b-ball.

Risks
In B-ball
Injury to Leg, Arms, Head, Private Parts and spoilt kid attitude.

In Computer Use
Cancer, Killing of Sexual Organs(loss of sperm count), Damage to Eyes, Weakening of Bones, Finger Sprain and depression & anxiety(due to abundance of emotion when reading someone elses post) and last but not least lack of sexual drive to opposite sex(as you realise theirs more holes in a computer than a woman).

JYD isn't surprised....
The news that Vince Carter sometimes gave less than a full effort in Toronto came as no surprise to Jerome Williams, his former Raptors teammate. That Carter admitted it on national television did. "You should never say that you're not playing hard when you're commanding those types of dollars," Williams said. Williams said Carter was not the only N.B.A. player who did not always give a full effort. But, he said, "he's probably the first to admit it."

Rasheed thinks it's the norm...
The funny part is that although their statements make Carter and McGrady look like punks, they are hardly alone in taking nights off. According to one NBA veteran, there isn't a player in the league who doesn't coast through a game now and then.

"There's going to be times when people say that it looked like we weren't going hard, because it happens," Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace said Sunday. "I don't know (any one) in this league who goes hard for 82 games, plus the playoffs. There's going to be a couple nights where you might just cruise through, or you might tell your coach, `Well, I'm not too much up to it tonight,' because you've got to get your body that rest. But, as far as everyone saying that taking nights off is bad or whatever - no, it's stuff that we need."
