I don't think Kobe tries to be like MJ. He realises and respects the best ever not to imitate... when he was younger it did seem like he was trying to be like him, but now Kobe is more mature and players quite a bit different. He isn't a Jordan wannabe..

Maybe everyone want to be MJ once in their life... Kobe does... and eve other players i wont mention... but they all realize you can be like... and for me Kobe will not be the next MJ coz Kobe will make his own path, maybe greater than Mike but i think not.... MJ will be the greatest ever...

about the scoring average of bryant when Lakers win or loss. we'll its all because of his teammates. we can see he try to make his teammate shoot the basket and try to set them up. but if they dont make a lot of shots, the team got blown by other team and that kobe take matters in his own hand, also during that time, other lakers tends to watch kobe....

if only can get 1 i mean 1 consistent support (we thought its' odom) that will help kobe in scoring then we'll be alright. some night butler play well then the next one so bad, also goes with Mihm or Odom...

OMG!!! OMG!!! OMG!!!

I didnt post in here and the Lakers won the game against the Bulls!!!

Now whoever thinks this thread isnt cursed in a moron. Period!

Kobe led all players which were all starters in double figures with 29 points, and I think this was the third straight game that he got a double double in rebounds but Im not sure.

from now on don't post here when the lakers are playing...

actually we steal this one from the Bulls, bulls play better than LA.

another do you believe Bryant shot 8 of 17 from the line. i think its the 1st time we shot less than 50% or maybe less than 80% in a game.

Chucky "Child's PLay" Atkins doing what was expected from him and that's to shoot.

Also i noticed there is more chemistry with Bryant and Butler.. They both give high fives, hugs and smiles. i dont see that in odom and bryant... do also notice that...

Yep I think it's very clear what we must do from now on in order for the Lakers to win games. Avoid this thread during the match (Y) If I was an NBA Talk moderator I'd lock it until the game was over :D

oooooh! i volunteer to be the offical laker insulter.

odom is like shaq, except without the height, muscle, or talent. and he's not funny. and he doesn't star in academy-award winning films such as "Kazaam" and "Steel". and, and, and....

Lakers lost 109-106... Kobe had a turnover and Odom missed a three after Peja hit 4 straight free throws...

Damn, why did Brian Cook have to miss that second flagrant Free-Throw?!?!

Why did Kobe force that bad pass which was stolen by Peja?

Why was Odom shooting it from nearly halfcourt with 2.1 seconds left?

The Lakers could easily win this game, but damn those big mistakes.

Great game by Kobe, he maybe shot it from outside like 3 times and was mostly going inside for a kickoff pass, draw a foul or make a close shot. This was by far the best game he has played this season Imo.
