Overview
IFF Data Processing Tool is a utility designed specifically for the NBA 2K series, used for batch loading, parsing, editing, and repacking common .iff resource files.
It currently supports IFF file modification for NBA 2K26 and NBA 2K25.
The tool is intended for mod creators and advanced users, providing a safe and controlled workflow while preserving original file structure and file size as much as possible.

One-Click High LOD Processing (Recommended for 2K26)
To address common hair blurring and detail loss issues in NBA 2K26,
the tool provides one-click High LOD processing, automatically forcing high-detail LODs for related IFF resources.
This feature can be used to:
Fix blurry hair during gameplay and replays
Enforce high-detail models for close-up views
Simplify traditional manual LOD editing workflows
Automatic Internal Data Processing
Automatically processes internal data structures including hihead, appearance_info, and mathnodes,
useful for eye position correction and body-related adjustments.
Supported Translate Node Modifications
The tool supports direct modification and writing of the following Translate nodes:
Head and Eye Related:

Upper Limb Nodes:
leftShoulder / rightShoulder
leftArm / rightArm
leftForeArm / rightForeArm

Lower Limb Nodes:
leftUpLeg / rightUpLeg

Auto-Process Save Mechanism
All changes are written and saved only after executing the Auto Process function.
