Help with exporting player model

I am new to NBA 2K25 modding and modding in general. I am trying to export a Rudy Gobert player model to something that can be imported into Source engine.

I am having trouble figuring out where I can find the right torso, arm, and leg textures for Gobert. There aren't any of these textures in png2713 or the other Gobert files, so I had to look somewhere else. I noticed in the appearance_info.json for Gobert that his skin color is set to 5. So I tried using the torso_color_05 legs_color_05 and chest_color_05 textures in the char folder. The result looks really weird (screenshot below). Am I using the wrong textures? Or maybe I am missing something else?

I also noticed my model is missing a skeleton. Where can I get that?

If the player doesn't have arm\leg\chest tattoos he won't have the dds files and the game will apply a colour overlay which I guess Blender isn't doing?
