Our Bulls NBA 2K9 Association - NLSC Co-Op

This thread is dedicated to updates related to our co-op Association using the Bulls on NBA 2K9. Andrew and I connect over Parsec and play using the PS3 RPCS3 emulator. Neither of us player lock. We are using the gaming default settings, and after playing 8 minute quarters for the first few games, we switched to 10 minute quarters.

This thread will be updated after every 10 games, mostly with screenshots and/or highlights.

So, here is the first update!

Might be an idea for pod, but who is toughest players you've had to defend who went off against you? And who were the surprises who had no business lighting you up?

How is the season going guys?

We've played a couple more games, and are looking to set up some sessions to play some more in the coming weeks. Tough loss to the Jazz in the last game. Unfortunately my connection was acting up, but Dee did an incredible carry job and almost got us the win. That was a challenging squad to face, though.

NBA 2K9 still holds up superbly, so it's been a really fun journey so far. Drew Gooden and Larry Hughes are still on the trading block, though Tyrus Thomas has been showing some flashes of brilliance. He's certainly fun to use, it's been enjoyable having some big games with him. Really drives home the What If aspect of franchise play that I've always enjoyed, turning players into the stars you wish they'd become in real life!

Tyrus Thomas is one of the nba's "what if" players for me just like Strolmile Swift.
