Missing Coaches

I was wondering, is there a easier way to convert a generic head coach into Mike Brown who is still missing from this game?! I tried through cheat engine but I keep getting this BS crash with the COC warning and I don't play online.

I guess people don't have a good enough answer huh?! I do try this with the CE but it always crashes me out with that BS COC warning!
