software for .iff

hi guys, i have a question.
I had to reset my PC because it wouldn't start anymore, I reinstalled everything but when I want to edit a .iff file like png****.iff it doesn't work. What software do you use to edit these .iff files please?

paint.net is what I use. You can also use photoshop, but paint.net is FREE

You use 7zip or winrar to open them. Photoshop to open the dds files inside.

I was using 7zip under Windows 10 but I installed Windows 11 and it won't open. It gives me "unsupported command" when I double click on png****.iff

It’s okay, I succeeded!! I opened with the wrong file...
