Modifying Career History for Created Players

Hi All,
I'm new to the mod'ing scene and am currently looking to input the career history statistics for created players. I have been told that this is possible via Cheat Engine and the stats table. If possible, could someone please provide me with the link to this table? Also, I have heard rumours that modifying the career statistics for created players may cause the game to crash. Is anyone able to verify whether or not this is the case?
