Also, I have changed the default shoe to be the Air Jordan 1s again and now need to make 58 different iffs for each colour option.
I have done the 2 Celtics!

Hello, how were you able to open the iff file for editing?

In the normal way, with winrar.
I guess you haven't watched the tutorial on using the mod.exe?

This replaces the generic 2k shoe with Air Jordan1s and includes default shoes for all Current teams (apart from Mavs and Nets)

Love this mod. I try and install a version of this on every 2k over the past couple years. Could you walk me through the process? I'd like to change the default shoe in my game to a more modern model, or just a more generic nike.

Easiest way to make a more generic nike this year is to open the 58 generic shoe_0000_uid files and edit the dds files to have nike swoosh instead of the 2k logo, and then you'll need to do the region and normals too.
Or get the kobe Vs for eg and rename the uid files to the 0000.
And copy the shoe style and ng and rename those as well.

Last year was miles easier, just needed to swap the customshoedata you wanted over the default_0000

Small fix to Jamal's TWOWXY 5s to change the 2k logo for the NB one

Drop this into your shoe global if you are using my Jordan mod, it will colour the Jordans correctly for those jerseys that don't have a dds file (Nets and Mavs for eg)
