- You don't need the mods I published before. This is the new one, and you can delete the previous one if you want.
Still, take a backup; if you don't like it or encounter problems, you can revert to the old one.
-Extract all files into the NBA 2K23 main folder.
Since MediaFire doesn't allow large files, I split it into RAR files.
Therefore, you must download all parts; otherwise, you will get an error during extraction.
Just click on Part 1 and extract it to the NBA2K23 main folder. The other parts will extract automatically.

-If you are using NBA2KHook for the first time,
select “initialize” on the screen that appears
after starting the game for the first time.
-If you have enabled nbahook, press the F8 key when starting the game to activate the mods box.
-I've included the roster editor. If you wish, you can make changes to the rosters and players.

- IF THE GAME CRASHES, DO THE FOLLOWING:
windows + r %appdata% - 2KSports - NBA2K23 - Open VideoSettings.cfg Change "FAST_TEXTURE_FORMAT_CONVERSION": false, to "FAST_TEXTURE_FORMAT_CONVERSION": true, - Save

--I updated all the rosters according to 2kratings,
but 2k23 doesn't accept more than 18 players.
So, for teams with more than 18 players,
I released the low-rated players on two-way contracts for free agent or
sent them to other teams with fewer than 18 players. This way, you can search for players from the Round 2 drafts.
- European league players are also free agent.
- All players from rounds 1 and 2 of the draft, as well as undrafted players, were included.
- Some teams have added their 2026 jerseys.
- Cyberfaces and ratings for new players will be updated over time.

Hi, I managed to install all the mods properly, I aslo used the update number 4 as my roster. The new courts, jerseys, lighting and gameplay interface are perfect. Updated roster is flawless too.

But, for some reason, some of the players are invisible or doesn't have a working cyberface.

Maybe I did something wrong on my part, so may I ask what should I do with that issue?

For other viewers of this post, I promise the roster update alone is great, mods are working. I just have some invisible players. So I'm not trying to say something negative about this post, just need some help.

Hi. You also need to download the CYBERFACE pack and move it to the top of the MODS folder in the NBA2K_Hook screen. But if you can write me which ones are missing I'll check anyway.

Thanks to Retr0_ for help. some cyberface files were left in my mod folder, I added them. some of them had wrong face ids, I fixed them.

just put them in the cyberface folder.
but if you see a problem with those 3 names again, it will be fixed if you find and delete the id files from the folder first.

Yes! 4 days before the season I took advantage of ESPN.com NBA Transactions, 2kratings.com and nba.com's roster update as much as possible and updated all rosters, rookies, cyberfaces and player levels and skills. i added 2 new sliders and myleage options to be realistic. If you point out any missing or problematic parts I will try to fix them.

I didn't understand it clearly but yes it does. even though I update the roster, I don't touch the cyberfaces. if there are missing faces, I share them here separately from this pack.
