Edit jersey shoulder width?

Looking at the 2011 Dallas Mavs jerseys, the shoulder width of the jerseys is really narrow. Is there a way to edit the .iff files that I have from older 2k20 mods to make them wider?

Copy the iff files into your Mods folder.

Yes, but I don't see any change in the jerseys after copying them
