It's very easy I will tell you the steps:
1. Start the game go to create a build does not matter position and stats at first (later you can make it how you want).
2. When on the menu where you have the overall it will start at 25 overall, now open cheat engine and attach 2k23 process.
3. In cheat engine search for 25, after the search go back to the game and max some stats to increase overall of your player.
4. Go back to cheat engine and search the overall your player is currently at (for example can be 52 overall atm) then click next scan.
4.1. If it shows you more addresses just repeat the step above with next scan for a higher/lower overall.
5. With this you have found the address of the player overall in the builder, then go back to 2k23 and back out where you have the position number and name screen or if you have already set it up what pos you want to play just go back once where you have the height, weight and wingspan option change something just to reset all the stats (it will reset all attributes to 25 ) and go to the next screen. Once you are on the screen where you can put stats to the player DON'T put anything yet.
6. Go to the cheat engine table and right click the overall (should be 25) and select "Browse this memory region" and you will see a table with some Hex numbers pop up.
7. Now what you want to do is scroll down and find numbers that are 19 (19 in Hex is 25 in decimal) there will be plenty of next to each other in like 3 lines consecutive.
8. Once you find them right click them and select "Add this address to the list" and do that for all of the 19.
9. After you've added them select them all (with shift) and change them to 99, but we are not done yet go back to 2k23 and set the max attributes of what the build can get (example it can get 92 3pt but now you have 99 3pt change it to 92 in the builder you can lower them otherwise the game will crash if you have over capped attributes).
10. You can check the max potential attributes if you go back once, after you are done with setting the max attributes potential (you will see a higher overall than 99) go back to the cheat engine and where the overall is and change it to 99, go back to the game a whoala you can press continue and choose a takeover and enjoy.

p.s. These builds are expensive XD

What do these consecutive lines look like? How many 19s? I found one that has 22(there are 22 stats in total) 19s but changing them to 99 changes nothing. The find memory option helps but it's still like looking for a needle in a haystack. Can you be more specific or post screenshots?

1.Launch Cheat Engine
2.Launch 2k23(windowed makes it a lot easier)
3.Select 2k23 as the process
4.Type in 25(make sure the value type is at 4bytes, I'll get to this later) and click New Scan
5.Change any of the attributes so your overall increases in 2k23(Eg. Increase from 25 to 37)
6.Write the new value in the box in cheat engine and click New Scan
7.There should be one address(if not, just repeat step 5 until there's one). Add this address to the bottom half of cheat engine.
8.Go back to where you pick your wingspan/height and change one of the values to reset your stats(select yes in 2k23 for the prompt that comes up)
9.Go to your attribute screen
10. Bring up Cheat Engine and change Value Type from the drop down menu to Array of Byte(Hex)
11.Type 19 in the bar and scan

This works but you can't actually max out the build. You end up with a player maxed out at overall 90. Like all the categories get grayed out and you can't spend vc pass overall 90

maybe because you havent actually grinded yours? rebirth max rating is at 90
