How to remove headband

I've attached a picture. But basically I'm trying to remove this ninja headband.

I tried with 2ktools but it doesn't seem to work and I tried in blender but just was stuck in regard to the process.

The PNG is 2728 (Pierre Jackson) New file from 2kspecialist website.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
