Add the following to the "prim" section of the hihead from the 2k20 model you're using to make the conversion:
"eyes_shader": {
"Mesh": "rightEyeFront",
"Count": 1536
},
"eyes_shader": {
"Mesh": "rightEyeBack",
"Count": 744
},
"eyes_shader": {
"Mesh": "leftEyeFront",
"Count": 1536
},
"eyes_shader": {
"Mesh": "leftEyeBack",
"Count": 744
Replace the current "eyes shader" prim section that is already there with what I just posted above. Then in blender you can make the eyes into 4 separate submeshes named "lefteyeback", "lefteyefront", and so forth.
I'd recommend you watch Trevor P's conversion tutorials on Youtube for references and how to do this in blender.
Anyways, hope this helps!

Thanks, I learned it, but does anyone know why some models cannot be imported?

it's the way the hihead file is read. Just add the model file you want to open to a different hihead file that you know will work and it should open just fine.

Yes, I put the hihead.SCNE and it's model file in the same folder, but blender can't import, is this a bug? I can do correct but in some file can't
I try again with blender 2.8 later, now is the newest version 3.1.2

Yes, but it occurred trace back error in 2k import when I import the hihead model, what is the problem? I wonder if the old version of python file needs to be modified?
Most of the model introductions are fine, but I don't know why some of them are like this
like this the file link :

It says you can go nba 2k20 to 2k17 or 2k17 to nba 2k20. But now years passed. I mostly like original models. But glitches are too much for me. I much more like the NBA 2K20. Because that was the one of the games there wasn't any next gen or old gen. 2K was fully developing that game. After 2K20 I am thinking too many good things implemented to old gen but also there is so many bad things too. Is it possible to convert 2K24 or 2K23 cyberfaces to convert for 2K20 with those same techniques ?
