First release on this thread. Updated the CF of young Randy Wittman. I used his old face CF Coach in file and made it him look younger. No blender or paintshop involved and just experimenting with mixing both young and old Wittman. This is the result!

I think I realize what the issue is now. I think whoever created the Hornacek was trying to make him look younger. Sometimes making player look younger gives them a more generic look if you can't capture certain facial features.
No hate to the 2K art devs. I know they try, you can't get everybody
