Question about PA announcers

Is there a way to change the PA announcers for each arena? Example Chicago Bulls have different announcers for the current and classic teams.

Maybe in 2K Tools in the Arena settings, but I'm curious what your interest is in changing them. Given that you'll never have custom PAs to 'point' the arena at, what would be the reason for ever changing them?

A couple of different reasons. First I'm not sure if anyone noticed but the Bulls PA Announcer sounds so generic and sounds exactly like the NBA Live PA Announcer. There absolutely no excitement in his voice when the home team scores he sounds very!!!! dry. Also I have a created cyberfaced player of myself and used my last name which they do say in the game. I hear my last name in every arena except the Bulls which unfortunately that the team I'm on. So that why I'm trying to get if there is a way to switch them around to do some experimenting.

The PA are most of the time stop announcing. Very rarely they announce the home players but then only their last name, not the entire name. It's like it got cut.
