CFs cause Jersey Tearing , Any Fix?

A good amount of CFs I download are causing a jersey tear, does anyone know of an overall jersey mod (I only see short sleeve fixes)? I remember a good one last year that worked perfectly but haven't been able to find anything going through the forums this year. I added a screenshot for reference. Sorry if i am just completely missing something, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you are using cfs from NBA 2K20, you can follow my tutorial. With notepad you can fix it.

I have not yet sat down and worked through a conversion step-by-step using your guide, but just jumping through the video, it looks really really really helpful. THANK YOU! I've been struggling with mesh data transfer because I had not been able to find complete instructions, and I'd end up with glitches that I had no idea where to even begin fixing. So happy to have something here that looks like it goes through the entire process. I will ask if I have any questions, but thank you again!
