The next-gen crowd seem to be generated each game, adding logos to plain shirts as far as I can see. My crowd mod for 2k21 still works and looks ok to me.

How do you get these to work, I dropped everything in the modded folder and nothing changed?

Not working i tried to install twice both times my players were all Black Shadows and the stadium was grey not seats or crowd
