Is it possible to create Jalen Green with the hairstyle below? He basically has the front part of his hair tied to each side. It's the style he wore during the summer league!

I'm not great with hair, but i just checked and quite a few modders made great Jalen Green cfs for 2k21, i can take those hair styles and tweak them to fit my model and share it here if they are ok with it

and if I want to use your rookie CF to complete a 21-22 season roster
can I share it (roster and mod files) to other?
I will indicate the source (rookie CF is by you)

I haven't checked yet, but i'm 100% sure he didn't forget Giddey, Monkeyman puts insane details into his mods. Download the NBL mod and find Giddey's files there, 20076 is the ID.

That was from the g-league photoshoots, mans had an acne breakout or something, his face is looking clean now. I did add some detail to the face, but definitely won't add all the acne from that previous version.
