Corrupted CAP players

Is it somehow possible to export a CAP player from one roster to another? My created players corrupted and disappeared and some of them are on another roster.

Export their DNA from the good roster. Create a new dummy player. Assign the dummy to your team. Import the DNA to the dummy player. Save the roster.
