You know when you have played live 05 too much when you try doing the off the elbow off the backboard dunk at training/coaching as i tried yesterday.

I was just seeing if it was actually possible to do. It's not easy i managed to get the ball to bounce off backvoard and catch it twice but my jumps were mistimed. I do believe after that little experiment it is possible providing you have practiced it 24/7 for a few weeks to months.
