Is Hook in 2k21 the new waigua from 2k20?

Hey, ive been looking everywhere for waigua for 2k21 and I cannot find it, is hook all I need to mod 2k21? Thanks

Basically yes. The hook tool this year combines last years hook tool and last years waigua plugin.

for 2K21, you need the Hook and then you have to drop modded files in "mods" subfolder.

For some reason my game does not launch even with no mods in the mods folder.
