Thanks for a good roster ! Can we expect some players to get downgraded a bit ? Thinking of Demarcus Cousins for example. Also some older free agents are a bit overrated

P.S. Cousins has been working out and has lost weight....He's currently an 82...was previously around 85-86 or higher on other Rosters.

NBA 2k20 Photo Repository
** Must have Download to update your UAR v3 Roster Photos **

NBA 2k20 Photo Repository for UAR

Now that you have installed v3 of the UAR Rosters you will probably want to update some of the existing and add some of the missing Player Photos you noticed on the Rosters.

If you do not already have an updated database with Portraits for NBA 2k20...Here is a good place to start...

When you download the file below and upzip it you will find a Folder inside called...

"Action Photos updated to remove cartoon photos"

You will find most of the Missing and Updated Portraits in that Folder for the UAR Community Rosters...ALL IN ONE PLACE.

All the photos are not Perfect so I recommend you choose what Photos you may want to change rather than dumping everything into your WAIGUA.

You can use Looyh's Hook Tool by pressing F8 in NBA 2k20 when highlighting a Player and then you can check the Photo ID of the Player you want to change.

Now that you also have the UAR Mega Pack v2 you can always switch back to the previous Portrait if you don't like the new one or delete it completely to see what 2k Sports has installed as the Default Photo.

( you will need to restart your game if you delete the photo from WAIGUA Folder in order to see the 2k Default Photo if one exists )

I have only verified the Folder I mentioned...

DO NOT INSTALL OTHER FOLDERS IN THE ZIP FILE
UNTIL YOU CHECK THEM FIRST SINCE THEY ARE FOR NBA2k21

So I downloaded and installed the UAR Mega Pack v2 but some rookies are invisible when I play. It's probably an error on my part but I don't know what it is. From the 3 ( Sean Barkley Kicksology 2k20, UAR Missing Cyberfaces & Portraits Mega Pack v2 and CF ID List for "BlueJayBrandon" Draft Class) links listed on the OP, I don't know what to do with the CF ID list by BueJayBrandon. I'm thinking that's the one causing the issue but I have no idea how to fix it. Any hep would be much appreciated.

It does not need to be installed anywhere.

3- Load the UAR Rosters when in NBA 2k20 and everything should be fine.

I recommend you BACKUP and DELETE ALL PORTRAIT & MURAL FILES from previous versions in your NBA 2k20 "WAIGUA" Folder BEFORE INSTALLING the New Update

That means...
ALL FILES in your "WAIGUA" Folder that start with..."chr_r" or "chr_g or "chr_m" should be deleted so you get the latest Portrait Updates from 2k Sports too!!

It's really easy Bro.

You do not need to change any ID's because they already match with the UAR Rosters.
If you are not using what is in the Repository you may have to change the Photo ID if it doesn't match with what is in the Hook Tool for the Player you are modifying. Change the ID on the files you downloaded to match what is in the Hook Tool!

All you need to do is...

1- Identify a Player on the Roster you want to change. For example "Ben Simmons"

2- Highlight the player


3- Press F8 to activate Looyh's Hook Tool, Expand the Player Tab, Expand the Current Player Tab


4- Use the Photo ID to search the Repository for the player photo (starts with chr_rxxxx_a1)

5- Copy the Photo from the Repository to you NBA 2k20 "WAIGUA" Folder

6 - Done! Check the portrait...You may have to toggle between Teams so that the player's Photo refreshes.

Currently most of the New Rookies are on 1yr / $896 000.
I started to do a few but just based on a generic idea of the Rookie's Salary.

It was a lot of work and took a lot of time to update most of the regular players Team contracts etc...
So I didn't want to delay the Release of v3 Rosters to work on contracts.

I also didn't look at the Official NBA Rookie Salary Scale until last week so I didn't want to rush and I wanted to take a break.

You can still start a MyLeague and adjust them manually or before...as you wish.

I will be updating them eventually. (Rookie Contracts)

UAR Community Rosters v4

I am working on the following:


1. Permissions from Creators for v4 Rosters

2. Replacing some default Jerseys on the UAR Rosters






3. Adding Courts & Jerseys to the UAR Rosters
(All teams will have City Jerseys and Alternative Courts options)




4. Configuring Jerseys to activate different Courts for the v4 Rosters to add more variety
in MyLeague games etc...








5. DEFAULT UAR Game Sliders

Glad to hear you like the v3 Rosters!

The v4 update is about 60% complete!

I am not sure of an ETA, but figure you will get an early Christmas gift from me!!

I'm about 80% complete.

Update will be released in a few days...going to do some testing.

As promised...Here are the v4 Rosters.

A lot of work went into this update.
I had a few challenges and setbacks but managed to get it done!

I will fix some stuff in the upcoming v5 release but wanted to get v4 out today so you can try them out for the Holidays.

I wasn't able to do much testing so I am relying on you providing me feedback. I will adjust Player Ratings in v5.


Some of the extra things I had to do:

1. Rename Jersey Files so they did not overwrite the ones I wanted to keep

2. Find missing files so that "jersey fonts and sponsor logos" display properly for NBA 2k21 Files that were used in the update (still a work in progress)

3. Fixed some Accessory Colors for Teams (still a work in progress)

4. Add, Re-Order and Assign new courts to all Teams

5. In the Jersey Selection Screen before starting a game...Teams with a " * " after their Jersey Description use alternate Courts (see example in image below)
