MyCareer Key Game

Does anyone know how to get the hidden play next key game to appear in mycareer. I saw it one time in the beginning of the mycareer when you were in highschool. On the cutscenes you could pause it and if you had the hidden options from the fls tool activated there would be the play next key game.
