Shoe Editing

Hi guys, I'm planning on making a roster with the latest and accurate shoes (when possible), and maybe also edit the accesories of every player on the nba. The majority of the shoes can be edited with the internal shoe editor, but I also want to make a couple of textures (like Marvin00 or Sean Barkley did). I already did one (this KAT one below) and want to do a couple more, but when I import the .dds file to the global.iff to replace some textures, the game crashes. I think the problem is that when I save the file in Photoshop, I do it using Color+Alpha, BC3 Linear compression and No Mip Maps.
I'd appreciate if someone that knows about editing can give me some help.

woah this so lit man, I wonder how can I learn to make one because like what u have said, I also do accessory and shoe mimicking the real-time NBA players wore..I base them on gettyimages

I didn't forget about this. I've been doing some textures and I'm gonna release them when I've finished them all. I'm missing a couple of what I want to do.

This weekend I was messing with a shoe that's not in the game and I wanted to do it properly. I was able to find how to do a shoe_normal dds and I think the results were pretty good. So here's a preview of the K8iros Mark II (I need to fix some minor things).
