Messed up event music.

So I messed around with some of the eventmusic files in the 3I archive (extracting them via the old NBA2K19 ModStar File Explorer which works with 2K20) and when I play a game, the PA sfx (specifically the offensive and defense cheers are messed up. I reinstalled the game, validating the integrity of the files, and the audio is still messed up. (Notably it plays the "draftmusic" during Free Throws).

The official patch that just came through (1.11) causes an issue with music being played during free throws, so that one's not on you. That's something 2K needs to release a hotfix for.

The whole audio is out of wack, but the music during free throws is annoying. They should just take that beat out of the game lol.

Forgot to mention that you can barely hear the crowd shouting "defense" during the Playoffs.

Yea this patch sure messed a lot of the audio up. They even chant defense while the home team has the ball
