That high school arenas are fireee .. I ageee you should convert all the college arenas to to that gym it would give the game a different feeling , anyways great work Rob

Some progress I made on a High School/Small College Arena

Rob,

Not sure how much progress you have made but I wanted to share that I figured out how to change the color of the lower wall surrounding that high school arena (s065.iff) by messing around with Min/Max values. That lower wall is controlled with the file "cmu_smooth_16in_blue_c.tga." I opened up the arena.SCNE file from s065 in Notepad ++ and looked at the "cmu_smooth_16in_blue_c.tga" section under the "Texture" sub-heading and changed the Min and Max values. When you enter in the values you have to make sure you divide your RGB color by 255 and enter them in as a decimal and make both Min and Max numbers the same as seen in the screenshot.

The color I used was a shade of green with RGB of ( 0, 133, 62). The first number I entered for Min and Max was 0. The 2nd number I entered was 0.5215686274. I got that number by dividing 133 by 255. The 3rd number is 0.2431372549 which is 62 divided by 255. And I left the 4th number as 1.0. So, for my Min and Max I have both as (0.0, 0.5215686274, 0.2431372549, 1.0). And that changed the wall to the color I wanted.

Yep this works great I also found you can change these using shared files. What about the blue thats on the concrete heading Im trying to find what controls that and havent yet. I know its in the scene file, I must be missing it.

Good to know. No, I still haven't figured out what is responsible for those little blue sections of the wall. It's hiding somewhere, just have to keep looking.

Just change their team type to something that the game will hide.

Almost there I'll drop the arena once I remove the shading on the bottom area. I did use your color code for the green to test it out.

FYI I took the "DiffuseColor": [ 0.0, 0.5215686274, 0.2431372549, 1.0 ], and put in in the scene file in the following spots
