Did you guys notice that the CPU never substitute players, unless someone is in foul trouble?

I only played one game, but in that game, the CPU did not changed any players for me, I did it manually, and the opponent did not change any players during the entire game. Why the heck is that??????

i think u may have had it in arcade mode but really i think arcade mode and simulation mode are reversed im not sure though

I'm sure that I am in the sim mode, but still, the CPU doesn't substitute players, unless foul trouble.

Try turning fatigue on so that the players get tired, then they'll get subbed.
