How to Create/Edit Jerseys

This is somewhat of a request. Does anyone know how to create/edit jerseys? If so is it difficult to do?

I found a cool concept for Phoenix Suns jerseys that look a lot better than their current uniforms.

Difficult is a relative term. Depends on your modding skills and experience. Depends on your Photoshop or graphics program skills. Try looking at the user submitted uniforms/teams online. There are many available. As far as I know there have been no tutorials since JaoSming made 2K14 versions. RobDavis has made templates for 2K19/2K20. Search in the modding section for 2K20 for a recent post about templates.
