each hairstyle has a few associated files so I haven't messed with them because I would probably have to replace each individual file.
I don't think any can be added, only replaced.

I posted the below info in the CE thread. I think some here may also find it useful so I am quoting the post.

I will continue to use patch 1.05 and the tables from patch 1.05 until the game receives it's final patch.

Thanks to Ksmiz's CE table for Edit player, I was able to update some addresses and find body types, additional hair colors, as well as discoloration for created players
