Try using maumau's or lagoa's courts from 2k19 they work fine with 2k20

Local TV will have the ads on the sideline that you may see in NBA games, National TV is more so just like the regular 2k courts

For example

Local TV on the sideline will say something like "Putnam" for the celtics which the sponsor they have for their local games
and National TV will say "Celtics" instead. Just like the default courts in NBA 2K.
