So here is the problem. Each team's dorna file has a few generics that they use (even if they have team specific ones). I assigned those generics to the Spurs and the Mavs dornas. What I'll do is likely remove those dornas and rerelease those files.

You have to edit json file in xxx.iff (where xxx is the team number)

am i doing it right? i mean i put all the numbered in dornas folder and changed everything to _ph cause im from PH. all the other files are inside generic.

This weekend was a little crazy but I'll try to get them out tonight. Tomorrow at the latest.

So here is the problem:

The game uses the generic dornas for every team in the game. For example, at default every team uses the Beats dorna. Now I replaced that dorna with a Geico ad for the Wizards.

Now I could just go and edit every json file but the problem is that im using the generics for every team that doesnt have team specific dornas (ex. "nba_store_03_boston.iff), so even if I change the json file to other generic dornas, we will still run into an issue where other team's dornas are showing up on the wrong team.

So here is the solution:

1) Download and install every NBA2k18 dorna thats is out there. The 2k18 dornas work so more than half of the teams in the league have dornas already. Rob Davis sent me some for the Suns, Kings and Bucks that I can post if you guys want me to.

2) Download and install the ones I created. After I post the last ones I completed this past weekend only the Hornets and the Cavs are left and I plan to get to those by the end of the week.

After that you wont see any more incorrect dornas.

yup. some of the dorna mods that i created from 2k18 worked. just copy the dorna folder

FYI, Rob's dont conflict with my files so use those for the teams I'm not doing.

Nope because there are Bucks dornas out there from 2k18 (I think they are in RobDavis's file).

For the next round, its the Nuggets, Hornets and then I'm going to take the Cavs file that was posted here and fix it so it doesnt write over other teams I've done.

After that, all of the teams will either have a 2k18 dorna that was made by someone else or a 2k19 dorna made by me and I'll be done.
