Steam Key Sales for NBA 2K19

do you know when I can buy nba2k19 with non-region lock steam? I only can find Europe or US I live in Japan and this two regions shouldn't work here.

I know i might regret it but paid the $100 to get the game preloading now

Probably a very stupid question, but for those who have the game, what are the offline capabilities? As in, you don't have to connect online at all to do like normal 5v5 etc. Asking since I like playing while disconnected from internet on my laptop sometimes.

Anyone get their keys from CDkeys yet? Ordered the Anniversary edition from there to get the early access but still don't have my key and no response from their customer support...

I bought a cheap Russian Key for 31€. Requires a VPN for the first 3 Month but works pretty well so far and I got all the Extras and could play instantly. And 31€ isl ike the price of the cheapest Standard-Edition Key.

I didn't wait for them. I rebought it on Steam for the 10$ difference in price it was.

I applied for a refund from CD Keys stating that their key was not released on time. They gave me my refund within a few hours.
