Player hair?

Is there a way using blender or something to put a hairstyle on a player who has a different hair cut or is balled, for example can I put Jimmy butler's hair on LeBron James?

Sorry I just want to give retro mike miller those hair...does anybody know a 2k18 player with that hairstyle?
