There is a little bit of glitching but the start looks amazing to me. You just need to erase those floating hairs that looks like he went Super Sayian, lol. I am sure you'll nail it.

Speaking about glitching, I was just going to ask if you have any blender expierence. Your Paul Millsap is already awesome, but I believe there is a little bit of hair glitching out of some parts of his forehead as you can see in the picture posted below. Maybe you can do soemething about that and erase those extra textures.
