yeah i know, it was just a guess but it worked for me. its the same thing back then when i cant export because the directory input was not complete.
tried recreating the problem, the directory in the import panel is not complete as shown in the pic below, i tried exporting the model and i get a .json error. i put in the complete directory and now it works fine.

UPDATE
The same thing applies for the exporter panel, when the directory is not complete i get a "file not found" error just like you do. It works just fine when you type in the full directory of the folder youre gonna save it in.

Should we make a thread with the cf spots used for draft classes ? Which spots should i use ? From my understanding we can't create spots like in 2k14.

CAP BASES

I found the base CFs for all of the CAPs.
I knew it had to be the CAP bases because all of these guys are bald with no eyebrows
I have listed the cyberface IDs below each photo. You guys should be able to replace these with real players.
Edit: You can replace face9001-9030 and it will be visible on caps, but changing png9001-png9030 does nothing.

Hey what's up TGsoGOOD, Hey is it possible to use the High School Gym from 2K17 this year? And does your Shoe Mod from 2K17 work this year? If so, is it possible to convert 2K13 shoes? I remember you said 2K14 shoes were possible. Thanks again.

i managed to import the hihead.SCNE however which of the parameters im going to edit to lessen the thickness of the biceps

I haven't searched for the Highschool gym this year. I will look for it at some point but it is not a major concern as it was not easily moddable for 2K17 and the court dimensions are not good for 5 on 5 play.

The generic model used is shoe creator is the same shoe model used in NBA 2K14 so yes some shoes can be converted from 2K14 to 2K18 but not the other way around.
All of the real shoes in 2K18 are scanned so there is no easy conversion from 2K18 shoes back to old gen.

The UV mapping is different for 2K18 cyberfaces. You could use blender texture paint to try to accomplish a conversion, but a quick/ easier conversion does not appear possible.

I still haven't managed to find a solution for my cf problems. Here i'm working on a fictional cf and the face is nice until the guy shows emotion. Then some of his hair get some weird coloration, i can't figure out why.

So i'm sharing the file in case someone would want to check. I'm still trying to figure a way to create fictional cyberfaces fast to create draft class. This cyberface is the one i'm practicing with (he was my point guard for the Knicks on PS4 on 2k16... but i'm digressing :lol: )

I have it...but the problem is that alpha channel when I open a texture is black.....this never happened in 2k18...how to load correctly and save correctly alpa?

Hmm, I'm not having that problem. I loaded up LightmapTextureMerged#32a233cc_1360.761e4dee6048d896 and LightmapTextureMerged#9c1f3ed2_1360.6bf97849cd9f4720 on s029, and both show the alpha files just fine. Did you make sure you checked the alpha dialog box when opening the file?
