How do you load edited/custom roster in play now mode

There is an option to do it in MY GM / My League but doing the same in play now mode does not work. Is it not possible?

You create the roster first.

After you save it, you use the edit roster feature.

I have an edited roster saved already. I can load it when I start a new My GM / My League. When you start My GM/League, there is a note on the screen that says press this button to load custom roster. But I just want to test my roster in Play Now mode. There is no option for me to load it in Play Now. I press all my buttons on my controller and nothing comes up where I can load my custom edited roster.

Oh. You press Y to load your custom roster in Play Now. You just press it on the team select screen.

No..like I said, I already tried pressing all of the buttons. None works. I think they removed the option to play with custom roster or there is a different way to do it.

That would be really silly if they removed that option. I doubt that's it.

Which one is the Left Stick (L3)? I'm pressing all of of the buttons on my controller including the joy sticks and nothing works. There is no help buttons on the bottom left?

Nevermind. I got it. OMG stupid. Why would 2k do that. So dumb.

Wtf is wrong with 2K I'cant use a custom roster in Play Now when I press the left stick my local rosters dont appear. Also it changes nothing when I upload my custom roster because when I try to find my roster online I cant thats so stupid.

I can confirm that the method works fine for me, so I'm not sure why it isn't loading the rosters for you. I thought the interface in NBA 2K17 for loading rosters and selecting jerseys was definitely better, though.

A bit off topic but is there any way to load custom roster to Blacktop? I asked this question in another thread but nobody replied. I found in YT guidance but it seems to work only in PS4 and XBOX.

This is a common bug that I have noticed only on PC.
If you don't see your roster just load your roster in the "edit roster" menu, then use limnono trainer's F10 copy roster button. Now just back out of edit roster and go to play now and your custom roster will already be loaded, just pick a team

Can anybody confirm who did it on PC?

The method I found for consoles:
1. I start MyLeague on-line with custom roster
2. Disconnect internet
3. Go to Blacktop and... done
