Talk about NBA 2K18 here.
Sat Aug 05, 2017 7:18 am
I see in oficial 2k18 site, NOTHING about PC version...
2k confirmed PC version? On site it´s just: PS4 and Xbox One.
Sat Aug 05, 2017 7:21 am
Yeah, i see on steam, but if is not the same version of Xbox and PS4?
Price for PC is to low compared with PS4 and Xone and DONT SEE ANY INFO about PC on 2k18 page!
Sat Aug 05, 2017 7:50 am
Well maybe you should contact 2K support and see if it's the same as PS4/Xbox versions, or make a deal about on OS and see if a developer will respond.
Sat Aug 05, 2017 10:23 am
It's 60 bucks. Same exact price...
Sat Aug 05, 2017 10:52 am
Same version, same release date, same as the past few years.
Sat Aug 05, 2017 12:58 pm
In the leaked ronnie2k gameplays has a giant screen with Windows 10 running, so ...

Ok guys, but u look at the OFFICIAL SITE?
It´s not MY OPINION, it´s just a official site:
NBA 2K18:

NBA 2K17:

In Brazil, on Steam its NOT the same price, 2K18 for PC it´s 60% of PS4 price.

Dude.... it's coming out on PC:
http://store.steampowered.com/app/577800/NBA_2K18/If you're wondering if it's going to be the same as consoles, like I said try and get in contact with a dev. They might be more than willing to tell you as some things aren't always under NDA. I'm pretty sure the game is going to be the same as consoles, why would they develop three different versions of the game? Last gen, PC and current gen, seems like a lot of wasted time. Think logically Lagoa....

The official site also doesn't have anything for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Switch, platforms which it's also confirmed for. As PeacemanNOT said, there'd be no reason for them to go back to a 360/PS3 port, or develop a separate third version. No reason for concern here.

I hope u right guys....
I dont trust like u anyways.

We go through this same routine every year. It's understandable because the PC version doesn't get the same attention as the primary console platforms, and going back far enough we ended up losing NBA Live on PC, but we keep getting worked up over simple oversights and one source not gelling with the rest, only for everything to be fine in the end (fine in terms of the game coming out on PC and these days being a PS4/X1 port, anyway). Granted, in this case it is the official website, but since they're not saying anything about more than half the platforms the game has been confirmed for, it's more likely that someone in marketing or the website team isn't doing their job properly.

For what it's worth, this official store listing for the PC version lists September 15th:

Its 49.99€ here. But I never paid more than 25€ on Release. Its always dirt cheap on Keysellers.
But for the Question, its obviously the same as the Console-Versions because it would take more effort to create a different Version. They do the bare minimum for the PC Version and just port over the PS4 Version and give it a few options. Thats why 2K17 ran like complete Horseshit! I can't believe how they were able to make the Game look worse but also cut down the Framerate in half!

Welp, the release date disappeared from Steam...

15th for the preorders
19th for those who buy the game after the 14th
I don't think that those will get changed on steam. The fact that the dates disappeared is curios though.

It is odd and the dates are still the same when you try to order the game through the official 2K Store (
http://store.2k.com/store/Tk22k/en_US/p ... 5131208400). The pre-order early tip-off flyers disappeared from Steam and I don't know if the 2K Store ever had them.

I wouldn't read too much into it.

You can't change a Releasedate that late. You need to announce it at least 2 Weeks before the Release. Unless Steam changed its Rules there is a 0% chance that they are allowed to chance the Releasedate.

Just curious. Do any of you guys play the online multiplayer? (Mypark/Myneighborhood had grown to be about as popular as the core game with the real NBA teams themselves.)
Reason I'm asking is because me and a ton of players are running away in droves from the PC. The cheaters are killing the platform.

I really enjoyed the prelude gameplay (Not sure if you watched my video), I am entertaining playing online a little more.
It's just so hard to find time in between making rosters, especially when the game is first released.

Update:
I purchased NBA2k18 last night off of Steam (I'm in Canada). Nowhere did it mention a release date. There was no September 19th and no early tip-off for September 15th either. So now I'm officially confused.
How do I know that I am supposed to get an early-tip off? lol
