no offense but your Manu looks like he got exhumed.

i cant quite get whats wrong with it....you seem to have his features right but still doesnt end up looking like him...

imo it looks exactly like him look at the nose,cheeks,hairline,mouth,forehead,hair,current peach fuzz,skintone,and headshape.

i agree with you in a sense since i think that you got his features right but still i dont think of manu when i look at that patch....something is still wrong...im not sure, but i think it's something about the jaw

IMO the skintone is much to grey. fix the skintone. the headshape and facial hair look good

You can't use that pic for the nose because you can only see one side. It looks like he's turning his head when he's still looking straight forward.

holy shit..i like that manu alot alot..really great work..u can actually release it..but if u really wanna make it 100%..here are things u should fix..his left side(our right) side of his nose..his nostril is gone.the skintone...and a lil bit head shape editing..around the hair..dont make it straight down.make it slant abit like a V and each side..something like
