MK X for PS3 has been delayed AGAIN until fucking December. I have a bad feeling it's going to be canceled.

Ouch, that's a tough break. It seems more and more games are starting to leave prior gen behind, a little earlier compared to the generation before that.

'Mortal Kombat X' won't be coming to last-gen consoles after allWarner Bros. has cancelled both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the bloody brawler, claiming that neither version would meet the quality "expected of a Mortal Kombat game."

Warner Bros Wins. Fatality.

It's understandable, but if this was always going to be a possibility, then it would've been better to never announce a last gen version to begin with. It would've come as a disappointment, but this doesn't create much goodwill.

New Kombatants Are Coming to Mortal Kombat XDespite cancelling Mortal Kombat X for the Xbox 360, things are still looking well and alive for the Xbox One version as NetherRealm Studios continue to support the game with the announcement of new and upcoming DLC.
The upcoming DLC for Mortal Kombat X will be available in the first half of 2016.

The second one definitely looks like Wolverine to me.

Considering that Wolverine is Marvel, and Netherealm Studios is owned by Warners Bros (who also owns DC Comics), that seems unlikely.

Picked up Kombat Pack 2, since I already have the game. On one hand I'd kind of prefer to have Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke in the game as separate characters, but Tri-Borg is a creative way of including them all in some form...as well as Cyber Sub-Zero, as a hidden character. He's incredibly cheap online, though. I'd also prefer Baraka to Alien, and Shang Tsung or just about anyone else to Leatherface. Bo' Rai Cho is fun, though. I liked the PS2 era games, so it's nice to see him back as a playable character.
I've been spending some time unlocking alternate costumes as of late. Boo to some of them being reliant on playing online, though. It's bad enough some of them are DLC and pre-order exclusives, without some of them not being available to unlock through the Krypt or offline gameplay on top of that.
