Don't need REDMC. The IFFs are in the NBA2K14 folder

How do I find the .iff files that match up with the players cf?

You have to make an exception for the file so your anti virus program will not flag it as a virus. Use google and learn how to create an exception for your particular AV program. The AV program will probably quarantine the file. Some AV programs will ask what you want to do, others will quarantine automatically. All depends on your AV settings.
