And funny you mention Dirk. I was actually working on him literally yesterday. So far I've fixed his hair color and removed his 3D beard:



Making it shorter without looking weird has been the hard part, but I'm still trying.

He's definitely looking a lot better than the 2K version. I don't think his hair is quite that dark, though, as he's still got a little blonde mixed in. Looks very promising and keep up the good work.

TBM, Could you remove the d facial hair from Kendrick Perkins and Kevin Garnett. On the 07-08 Celtics, neither of them had that much facial hair. it will make that team far more authentic!

For anyone having any doubts, Dirk's hair in game isn't as dark as it is in the Roster View Screenshot. It actually has that blonde shade under the arena lights. It is very close to real life. Good work !
