Yeah that ic chamber match was a bit lackluster. I actually fell asleep watching it.

truth was a tna champion and could be a great main eventer but you know Vince and his deal with black wrestlers...

I liked slaters 3mb band of jobbers. That was hilarious

Ryder was awesome too and had a chance when cm punk got him that us title push.

Axel, I'm obligated to like since I was a huge Mr. Perfect fan.

Stardust is a great character but they don't have anything going on for him right now.

Finally, someone calling out Triple H for being a fake, undeserving waste of life:
Justin Roberts basically saying that contrary to popular belief, things won't be better or change for the better once Vince is gone:
"Hunter is portrayed as the savior of wrestling, and people think he'll save the business once he's in charge. We all thought that, too, until he started running things. Paul started overseeing a bunch of divisions and one of them was live events. When he took over, our live events schedule was brutal. We'd start in one place and flew all over. Since he used to be one of the boys on the road, we thought he'd stand up and stop that, and he didn't. The schedule got worse.

"Hunter started squashing stuff that really started getting over. If you notice, it's all about the future, and the future is NXT. But focusing on the future shouldn't mean ignoring the present. Zack Ryder got over huge to the point to the point where the crowd was cheering for him at Madison Square Garden while The Rock was standing in the ring. Dolph Ziggler got over. Primo and Epico [now known as Los Matadores] are fantastic wrestlers, but they get lost in the shuffle. There is a glass ceiling, and anybody they don't want to get over is squashed despite the fans strongly getting behind them. Daniel Bryan is a rare exception, despite the company fighting it over and over."

He's constantly portraying himself as something that he definitely isn't, especially a WM draw. He thinks that people actually want to see him wrestle, trying to put himself against CM Punk (according to Punk) and this year against Sting (when it should have been Taker)

I might be the only person who doesnt want to see Taker Sting at this point. In the 90's sure, but now? No way.

I'm not sure if this is Roberts having bad blood or not. I'd like to believe things will be better when HHH is in charge for the fans. I dont think anyone ever said he was the savior of the wrestlers. They've been running in a broken dangerous system for so long, it'd take a full overhaul to change things I'm guessing. Its like when a coach gets fired because he's too old school but his number one assistant gets the gig.

Yeah, Taker-Sting would've been horrible. They needed at least one guy in the ring who could go.

I understand why people aren't looking forward to the prospect of Taker/Sting (which may still happen, I've read), and fair enough. It's not going to be the match it once could've been. Taker being my all-time favourite wrestler, and given the nostalgia involved, I think I'd still enjoy it for what it was. It wouldn't be a bad idea for it to be a retirement bout for both workers, though.

Speaking of Taker, apparently he'll be joining Stone Cold for a podcast. Now that I'm certainly interested in seeing come to pass, given that he's not someone who's done a whole lot of interviews out of character over the years.

I never want to see Undertaker or Sting or Triple H wrestle again. There's very few people I watched do anything 20 years ago that I still want to watch them do today.

I do get that, but I feel all those guys can put on a match that in my opinion is at least watchable, so I personally wouldn't mind. Also, if you keep the part-timers facing other part-timers, you don't have to worry about them killing the momentum of any full-time talent, so if they are going to have part-timers, that's the best way to handle them in my opinion. Don't want to see Taker and Sting? If they're involved in the same match, then that's only one match you need to skip.

I don't think Triple H belongs in the same category. He's much younger and I feel like he can still put on a good match. Not as good as attitude era/early 2000s, but still entertaining watchable.

Sad to hear Dusty go. Not only did he give some of the greatest rivalries of the early days, but his influence cannot be underestimated. He created almost everyone who came through NXT's character with them. If you love the product and the direction its going, Dusty is a huge part of that.

My favorite Dusty story is one heyman tells about sneaking into a Jim Crockett production meeting. Dusty calls him on it and is like "this is a closed meeting, what the hell are you doing here?" Heyman, being the forever bullshitter to get out of trouble says something along the lines of "I wanted to learn about production and I wanted to learn from the best, you." Dusty stopped and said something along the lines of "Well you're absolutely right because I'm the american dream dusty rhodes and I'm a genius. I'm glad i thought of the idea"

Here it is on youtube

Time to drop that Stardust gimmick for Cody and give him some kind of a push in honour of his father. Srsly, he is losing matches in under 10 minutes against R-truth who is portraited as an almost retarded home boy. His talent is worth way more.

That Stardust was a great gimmick when teamed up with Goldust but by himself, it seems a bit odd. Cody is a big fan of comics IRL (with his Mr. Sinister coat) so I bet he has a lot of fun playing Stardust.

It was a good idea at first, and gave him something to do when his wheels were spinning a bit. However, now they're spinning again with the Stardust gimmick.

He's decent as an upper midcard/occasional main event heel. At the very least, he's more interesting in that role than as a face.

I could see him in the US/Intercontinental picture as a heel, but I need him no where near a main event ever, and wouldn't mind if I never saw him again. He, Kane, Big Show. Get off my television.

And let's get Neville something less... lame. Guy has talent oozing out of him and they slap Val Venis' old trunks on him and give him absolutely no gimmick (was this the case in NXT? did it work??). He's going to get pops from his high flying acrobatic stuff, but at some point you've gotta give him some direction.

Eh, he's established, he's a stopgap/change it up for a PPV title contender. That keeps the main event scene fresh, when the occasional upper midcard worker gets a shot at the big belt. I don't think he should hold it, though.

Again proving that nothing is changing under HHH's watch. It must be great to be friends with the boss. I was hoping that dolph would finally get his push especially with Lana kind of on his side

I actually wasn't a big fan of Neville in nxt either. After getting over the shock of some of his great moves, he's a bit of a boring character

The problem with Ziggler is that while he's got the in-ring talent and the charisma, he doesn't have a stand-out gimmick. He's a cocky blonde guy...kind of a classic wrestling character, but also something we've seen plenty of times before. He lacks a hook, in my opinion. He's also been saddled with a midcard ring name, and a bad pun on it for the name of his finisher. That's not to count out backstage politics - and he's lost his cool a couple of times, complaining about his position in the company in public, which couldn't have done him any favours - but I don't think that stuff helps him, either.

DAT CODE RED FROM CENA AT MITB

Also Rollins face when from the moment Lesnar music hits to when he got to the ring is priceless.

Beast in the East was pretty nice (didn't watch past the NXT match though)

Cole did a really good job on commentary, and NO shaky-cam.....it was like bizarro WWE

Owens was absolutely fantastic from the second he was on screen.
