Lateral Quickness sometimes is broke

When u call a pick and roll and a PF or a Center comes to help the defence, sometimes they keep with you not matter the speed that you are, they just keeping sliding laterally like they are westbrook, rose or rajon rondo...

I din't make a video but if nobody has that issue i will made.

I believe PnR Def is a rating, or something similar, and imagine this would have something to do with it. I don't think that it's "broke", which seems to be the new buzz word. I've heard defense, passing, and now lateral defense and more referred to as "broke". It's a miracle we can even complete games.

I don't have a better word to describe it, but yes there is a pick and roll QI is rating but they keep up with me laterally, with that's not supposed to happen cause they are slower, sometimes they even move his feet faster than most of elite defenders.
On NBA 2K12 i remember that most of the time the big mans was able to keep wit you on the fast break even when they are 60 speed and you 95, so if is "broke" is not the first time that 2k did something like that.

IDK man, i do notice it sometimes, but it's not unbelievable Faried could keep me in front of him or Dwight, it all depends on how good you are on the ball, one time i barely moved so Faried easily kept up with me laterally, but next time i did a crazy crossover, behind the back to a spin move and he got beasted on. I wouldn't say it's broken tbh, this game is pretty balanced when it comes to that. The only thing that's broken is offensive rebounding and only because they always put it back in and never consider passing out even when the whole paint collapses on them

It annoys the hell out of me too! I believe its a slider issue. Sometimes when u adjust things in the slider, it corrects it temporarily. Like when I first adjust onball defense to 100, it will correct the speed and slower players will move slower. When you move the players, they move as if they have weight. But it only works temporary. Works for one game and then when I play a 2nd game, everyone including centers run around like they are weightless and they are super quick, same speed as PGs. When the speed is correctly working it's such a fun game. I don't know why it works temporarily only.

I decreased game speed to 45 and slider speed and quickness to 45. Play one game. Everyone moves much slower, especially Centers. When I play a 2nd game afterward, slider will still say speed and quickness is 45 but the players are back to moving really fast again. It's so dumb, slider is broken!

But sometimes they just keep with you no matter what particularly in close games, at least that's the case on my career.

It happens in all mode. Occasionally, it works fine but most of the time, the speed/quickness doesn't work and all players move at almost the same speed/quickness. About 10% of the games I play work fine but the other 90%, it's broken. When it's broken you will notice it because everyone moves around really fast. The guards move super fast and the centers move almost at the speed of the guards. I play with onball slider set to 100 and when it's working, my players move around much slower so it's easy for me notice it. My thinking is that it's the slider. That for some reasons, the slider only works occasionally.

This whole game is broken in regards to off rebounding, dribble drives to the front of the rim (finger roll layups always go in and you can't block them), and the lateral quickness bug.

And the Offensive IA, CPU just go behind the defender, they don't wanna get open.... for such a great looking game they really need to focus on gameplay to match those graphics, animations and game mode.

I really don't like when cpu centers and big men exhibit crazy steal abilities. jumping into the passing lanes when I pass into the post or off pick and rolls. It's like a game of "now you see it, (passing lane) now you don't. "I don't mind real stealers (cp3, Kawhi Leonard) ripping the ball because I'll be a lot more cautious passing around them, but I hate when some big oaf exhibits teleportation skills, zooming in for the steal.

Ain't my video, and he shows the stats later on , the Center "Cuh" has 79 Speed, Howard have 62 speed.
