Hey guys, I noticed one weird thing after I patched my game with second patch.

Hair and beards are now fixed from far distance while you are playing, that's great.
BUT, I noticed that in closeups they again look like pubic hair and weird, before I patched the game it was all good,
and my shader detail is on high. What could be the problem and do you guys also have this issue?

I ve also tryed to delete cfg file so the game can generate new one and all the graphics can be set on high by default, but still 3d beards and hair look the same way.

The visible dithering might be to do with your Anti Aliasing - Transparency settings. Try changing them and see if it fixes it.

I think it's pretty much default. I messed with a few things when the patch released but it affected performance too much.

But hopefully that or your transparency AA settings can get you those beards back

transparency AA settings.. hmm, you mean set them in cfg file or in my graphics card settings?

Your control panel yeah. For Nvidia users it's called exactly that. Not sure what AMD users have in their options, but it might be worth trying.

same here bro the only reason i can think of is they just change the MSAA values like MSAA 2 is now 1 and MSAA 4 is now 2 you know what i mean? its not visible for us cause we got our own values on our game, cause before the update i was playing with 40-45 fps now after the patch 2 hair fix im getting 31-36fps at 1280x720p with 4 MSAA, im playing with 1360x768 and 2 MSAA before close ups looks good but hair bug was there but fps was fine .. now im struggling

i just change my AA setting on AMD Catalyst Control panel from Multisampling to Adaptive Anti-Aliasing which is equivalent to nvidia's Transparency aliasing and it boost me a little like 2 fps. but the downside is i need to use 4 MSAA

no bro if you want to fix that beard and hair bug you need to set your AA to 8 which is not recommended for us who have low end gaming rig or HD 6670 cant handle that much so were hopeless this game is optimized for high end devices.

i checked the Lakers black sleeve and i got the same problem .

im getting micro stutter once in a while but not alot and it doesnt bother me that much

I have pretty much the same settings as you do, and yes I also have some minor stutter even with patch, but overall game is enjoyable.

about that thing on Lakers sleeved jerseys, I just don t get it, some of us do have it and some dont... I was hoping 2K would fix that.

We may be close to finding the source of an issue, a couple questions : Did you notice same issue before in close-ups? And also, are you using Nvidia or AMD?
