2k14 looks more like the players themselves, mostly because you're using custom made CF's. As for 2K15, the CF's look way more detailed and I can't imagine how realistic they will look when our modders get doing their thing!

2K15 sometimes have funny problems with eyes when displaying emotion (and Bosh looks surprised all the time).

The vanilla 2k15 textures likely won't look as good as modded 2K14 textures, but 2K15 models have a higher poly count
