Mr Andrew PC guru, any idea how much it would cost me to get a good PC in Oz that can run this? I was thinking of getting a PS4 but didn't really want to but do need to get a PC for work & I figure work would pay for most of it (dual screens) but I'd probably have to pay for additional stuff so might work better.

Well, we still don't know the exact requirements, but based on what other games are demanding...let me do some research and get back to you.

at first i insisted on only buying this game if it was pc next gen but i have since bought a ps4 so now i am not sure. i dont mod so i may just stick with the ps4 for bigger community. either way this is great news

I already expected this news because Ubisoft will be releasing AC Unity on PC also, I'm happy that my expectation is correct
However, hope that Vlad will work on the tool instantly to make the Next gen a lot better.
I'm happy that I just updated my rig it's worth it because almost all the Next-gen will also be on PC.

I'm off it's time to Pre-order the game. Please do not support pirated copy! so the next game will be on PC also.

i bought 2 copies one from Steam and one from GamersGate just to appreciate 2k developers for bring the game to PC

I said it! That they would release these news during Gamescom. And it seems I'm gonna keep my word and preorder (once my pay arrives).

Ad PC specs: On my PC I can play new games generally on high quality settings @ 1080p and still have good framerates (lowest spikes in low 30s - which is usually more than enough).
My current rig was an experiment to save cash, but get biggest possible bang for your bucks. If anyone wants to inspire themselves I'll post config:
Motherboard:ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 - I've had cheap mobo before and I'll never go for cheap mb again.
CPU: AMD FX-8320 - 8-core (hybrid with shared memory), 3.5GHz default speed. With my MB easily OC'd to 4.2GHz per core @ default voltage!
CPU Cooler: Gelid Tranquilo - Considering custom cooler a must. I hate the default fan socket. This one is one of the best avalable.
RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator 8GB - nice RAMs, but if you're building new PC go for low profile ones.
Graphics Card: Gainward GeForce® GTX 460 2GB "GS" - great card, extended memory.
Power Supply: Fortron RAIDER 750W - Good supply, gonna have reserve even when I'll upgrade to GTX 880 this fall.
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 - best available case in it's price category. You can make silent rig or 7 fan beast out of it. It also has elegant decent design.
SSD: Samsung Evo 840 250GB - I would say having a SSD for system and few games/photoshop/whatever is a must and the 250GB version seems to do just the trick
HDDs: Two SATA HDDs, Seagate Barracudas - one for data for my Win7 (1.5TB) and the other one is for my Linux installation (work, 500GB)
Plus smaller things like additional fans, thermal compound (I do my building myself),...

I found out, that games released since BF4 are somewhat CPU demanding rather than GPU. I am still running my trusty GTX 460 and it keeps up - BF4 with nice framerate on High settings @ 1080p.
Point is that my GTX 460 has extended memory (2GB instead of 1) - which is probably why it still keeps up.

I'm going to upgrade my graphics card to a GTX 880 after it's launch (after I get my salary for previous month of course). Then I'll be set for 4-5 years again.
