adding custom crowd sounds

Hello, in the past I used to create some small patches for NBA LIVE 08 & 06(biggest patch is replacing 1 NBA team with 1 europian team including jersey, court & team images) yet I havnt touched it in nearly a year and I dont have the softwares I used(FSH editor and DB Command if I remember correctly).
Now I would like to add some custom crowd sound(like chants and crowd songs) to a certain court & if there is no way to add it only to one then to all the courts but I dont know which files to edit because I never touched sounds or anything like that and I have no idea which file to check.

Is there a way? how and what softwares do I need?

i dont think there's a way, but in live 06 you can edit the sounds the software is audy, you can use the search box.
