You better do your research man, you clueless.

Hardaway took 12.5 FGA per game in his rookie seasosn. He took 1 3PTFG per game.

And yet "all he did was shoot 3 pointers"

Please.

Most Valuable Player: My pick: Lebron | Who will win: Kevin Durant
They usually base this off of team overall record right?

Rookie of the Year: My pick: Oladipo | Who will win: Michael Carter-Williams
MCW got a lot of publicity early on in the season, especially with him getting all those steals, but Oladipo finished pretty strong while MCW fell off quite a bit

Defensive Player of the Year: My pick: Deandre Jordan | Who will win: Joakim Noah
Leads the league in rebounds and 3rd in blocks. Very underrated defender.

Most Improved Player: My pick: Kevin Love | Who will win: Gerald Green
So much hype on the Suns, but someone like Dragic has ALWAYS been this good, but just never got the media attention. Again these are popularity contests since the media votes on it. But I think what hurts deserving players like Love or Anthony Davis is that they were already good so it's hard to justify giving them an award in what has traditionally been a "rags to riches" award. I'd say Deandre & Drummond should also be considered

Sixth Man of the Year: My pick: Crawford | Who Will Win: Crawford
This is no contest. He scores all those points off the bench, plays for one of the better teams in the league, and tv announcers have been prepping him for the award already.

Coach of the Year: My pick: Gregg Popovich | Who will win: Jeff Hornacek
No one expected the Suns to do as well as they did, which usually gets a coach the award. Randy Wittman deserves a mention, everyone thought he was going to get fired at some point this year

Executive of the Year: My pick: Masai Ujiri | Who will win: Masai Ujiri
Somehow unloaded both Bargnani & Gay for role players and managed to do better without them.

As much as I feel that Jeff Hornacek deserves recognition for the job he did with the Suns, hard to argue against Popovich getting the nod.

Both Noah and Pop are well deserving winners. But yeah, Hornacek would have been a good one too. He also used to be one of my favorite shooting guards to watch back in the days. His freethrow routine was bit odd though.

And Goran Dragic wins the MIP award.

Goran Tragic's a great pick for a MIP. He's improved no doubt.

KD's also deservedly a MVP so it seems the picks are all pretty good this season.

Good to see Dragic get some recognition on behalf of the Suns, as well as his own play.

Though I somewhat think there's no real clear standard in selection of sportsmanship award, I like the meaning of it mostly because I think it's cool to promote sportsmanship.

Conley is kinda nice surprise pick to me because he's known as an excellent defender. A lot of excellent defenders irritate opponent with cheap shots, mental games, getting in the face, hard fouls, flop, and such but Conley I guess has done none of it and must have conducted himself pretty well off court too.

But then again Shane Battier has been in consideration (or did he got one) for this award in recent years...

Jamal Crawford has been named Sixth Man of the Year, joining Kevin McHale, Ricky Pierce and Detlef Schrempf as the only players to have won the award more than once.

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant is expected to be named league MVP early next week, according to sources close to the situation.

Philadelphia 76ers point guard Michael Carter-Williams will be named the NBA Rookie of the Year, sources with knowledge of the voting have confirmed to ESPN.com's Marc Stein.
