WWE Network definitely sounds pretty cool. I'm thinking of giving up Foxtel after this NBA season and going with League Pass, so I'd probably consider the WWE Network as well. Seems like it's the cheaper way to go for both.

It may have been premature, but it's not looking good, either. She certainly was tough, I don't think there would be many people who would take a powerbomb through a table at her age, as she did some years back.

I'm digging the new WWE logo. I'm sure they'll start switching everything over sooner than later. Probably after Wrestlemania

I still prefer the scratch logo. Though I think a press event announcing WrestleMania 31 has that WWE network logo on top of it.

Whether it was their original plan or they've quickly changed their minds because of the crowd reactions, they made it work there. He's as over as anyone in the company right now; hopefully, 2014 will be his year.

Things I know about Daniel Bryan:
1 - He yells 'Yes!'
2 - He gained his cult popularity from yelling 'Yes!'(?)
3 - His beard is the manliest thing on God's green Earth
4 - I've never seen him wrestle a single match, but I like him
5 - ^ I accept Vincent K. McMahon as my overlord for being capable of such a thing
6 - The crowd effin LOVES this guy, but I'm not sure he's the merch hog that a Rock/Cena/Austin headliner has been in the past

Who the hell is the other guy with the beard? And the two bearded guys outside the cage? What is this, Duck Dynasty? Are beards making a WWE comeback? Where is Hillbilly Jim? Where are the Bushwackers? Where is Big John Studd? Where are the Natural Disasters? Beards 4 Life.

Weird story. I met Steve Blackman in Ocean City, MD in July. Wanted him to beat me up with a kendo stick the entire time. I'm nearly a 30 year old man.

Bryan is an Internet darling that came up through the indie federations. Got on WWE through a "takeover angle" in which he was so awesome he got fired for going over-the-top (spit on Cena, choked the ring announcer with his tie). Came back, did stuff. Small guy but wicked technical with stiff kicks and submissions.
Got a world title shot the other year at Wrestlemania, was setup to be his big moment, match was over in 8 seconds or w/e, Internetzpissed.
This started the Yes! thing with the rematch on Raw the next night, iirc, about rematches and whatnot.
Turned him heel with No! chants vs the crowd saying Yes!
Teamed with Kane doing anger management (hilarious stuff), started with Yes! again after that.
Wyatts came from E's development league, all huge bearded scary fuckers.
Bryan joined them 3? weeks ago after being screwed over all Fall with winning matches and either being forced to give up the title the next night, or having non-finishes, blah blah.
Then that happened.

Wicked awesome wrestler, highly skilled. Wyatts are pretty awesome too.

Wikipedia would be better than my wrap up, but still, that is the basics.

Additionally, Bray Wyatt's father is Mike Rotunda, perhaps best known as I.R.S.

Damn. Old memories of her are great. Even at around age 75 she was getting slammed through tables and still lived to 90. Amazing.

Daniel Bryan reportedly had a concussion during that match and is said to remember nothing of that night after, could be true but I'm going conspiracy nutcase here and say Bryan didn't follow the script 'creative' wanted and he's getting suspended for a few weeks under the guise of a concussion.

i say legit if PWI reported on it
In speaking to a few people following the Smackdown taping, Bryan was having trouble remembering what happened during the cage match. WWE has confirmed he has a concussion and sent him for testing to determine the severity.

Since when does VKM care about the health of his talent?

since the NFL got flak for concussions (hence the end of chair headshots a few years ago).

WWE has been good historically though, any past WWE performer can get into rehab through their program for free, TNA people used it iirc. Same with injuries and such when they are working at E.

Since the Benoit incident. Chair shots were banned and they started giving suspensions for drug testing.

Wrestlers also have to pass an ImPACT concussion test before they can be cleared to work again, so it could be terrible timing for Bryan if he has to be held out for a few weeks. At the same time of course, it's doing the right thing by him as far as his health is concerned and I doubt he'll lose the support of the crowd anytime soon.

Wellness was Guerrero, headshots were Benoit.

Now if only the terrible booking would kill someone...
